Founded in 1992, ABC International Transport began its operations in the field of international transportation and rapidly became a reliable player within the logistics industry. Since its establishment, the company has laid the foundations for sustainable growth through its customer-oriented approach and operational discipline.

Throughout the 2000s, the company strengthened its organizational structure across Türkiye in line with its expanding customer portfolio and increasing operational volume. Through continuous investments in fleet capacity and human resources, ABC significantly enhanced its service capabilities. In addition, the company operates on a 30,000 m² land area at its headquarters, including 3,000 m² of indoor operational space and a further 13,000 m² of bonded warehouse facilities.

Following 2020, the company accelerated its digitalization and institutionalization initiatives rather than focusing solely on physical growth. Within this scope, ABC invested in technology-driven solutions and innovation-oriented structures in order to improve operational efficiency and process management.

As of 2021, the company entered a comprehensive restructuring and transformation period covering the years 2021–2026. During this phase, significant steps were taken in line with organizational development, operational efficiency, and corporate governance objectives. Through subsidiary investments and the establishment of domestic and international branches, the company further strengthened its scalable growth strategy. Alongside the optimization of existing operations, ABC expanded into new markets and significantly improved its integrated logistics service capabilities.
With the launch of the Mersin Liaison Office in 2021, the company increased its regional effectiveness by positioning itself closer to port and foreign trade operations, thereby strengthening its operational capabilities along the Mediterranean corridor. In addition, ABC plans to complete a parking and vehicle service station project in 2026 near the Mersin port area, covering a land area of 10,744 m².

In 2023, the opening of the Istanbul Liaison Office enabled the company to position itself at the center of finance, trade, and logistics networks, significantly enhancing customer accessibility and business development capacity. Furthermore, ABC aims to establish a 60,000 m² parking facility in the Pendik port region, scheduled for completion in 2026.

On April 18, 2025, the company established its Technopark branch in Kayseri, marking a significant step in research & development and digital transformation initiatives. By placing technology at the center of its business processes, ABC strengthened its competitive advantage. Subsequently, with the opening of its Ankara branch on July 31, 2025, the company strategically expanded its operational network and established a stronger presence in Türkiye’s major logistics hubs.

Through its subsidiary company, ABC Logistics Europe GmbH, established in Germany in 2021, ABC strengthened its presence in Europe and achieved a more integrated and efficient international operational structure through Germany-based logistics services and a 5,000 m² warehouse facility.

In 2024, the establishment of ABC Logistics SRL in Trieste, Italy further expanded the company’s European operational network. Operating on a 20,000 m² area, the company provides parking services and customs operations, gaining a strategic position particularly in port and transit transportation processes.

Today, ABC International Transport continues its operations as one of the leading companies in the logistics industry, offering integrated logistics solutions through its strong organizational structure, technological infrastructure, and international operational capabilities.
